    Enjoy with a beautiful roasted poultry, a pan-fried medley of ceps, or a fillet of fera à la meunière. Serve at around 12°C.

    Owner and history

    The vineyards of Domaine Genoux cover 12 hectares, mainly with local grape varieties: Roussanne, Altesse, Jacquère, Persan, etc. The vineyard is managed biodynamically and organically, with the utmost respect for the terroir and the environment.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand with sorting in the vineyard.
    The pressing is gentle and lengthy, using whole bunches of grapes.
    Alcoholic fermentation takes place without input, malolactic fermentation is not prevented.
    The wine is aged in vats, on fine lees and without stirring (with 10% in barrels)
