Owner and history

The vineyards are located 20 kilometers from Montpellier on a clay-limestone terroir influenced by the sea. The vineyard lies between 50 and 150 meters above sea level, and no chemical herbicides are used.

Vinification and aging

The grape varieties are vinified separately. Vinification takes place in barrels and demi-muids for the Syrah.
