Owner and history

The vineyard covers 40 hectares, divided into three large plots situated on silico-gravelly Garonne soils. The average age of the vines is 25 years.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are hand-harvested, and an initial sorting is carried out on a sorting table. Upon arrival at the winery, the harvest undergoes a final, meticulous hand-sorting, and then each batch is vinified separately: total destemming, light crushing, and vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in oak barrels (30 to 40% new oak).
