      Owner and history

      This cuvée comes from the estate's finest vines, grown in the terroir with the greatest potential: Saint-Georges d'Orques! The soil is composed of rounded pebbles, which impart a velvety texture to the wine. The name of the cuvée refers to the former owner of Château de l'Engarran, who left his mark on the estate's history.

      Vinification and aging

      The wine is aged for 22 months: 1 year in barrels for half of the batch then 10 months in vats for the whole batch.
