This approach, combined with an in-depth knowledge of the terroir, allows the Château Clinet to produce exceptional wines that reflect the soul of Pomerol.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Clinet It is a meticulous process. After rigorous hand-harvesting, the grapes are carefully sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for perfect temperature control. Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, lasts approximately 18 months, imparting complexity and structure to the wine. Bottling is carried out without filtration, thus preserving the integrity and purity of the aromas. This artisanal expertise, combined with constant attention to detail, reveals the full richness of the Pomerol terroir.
