Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Clerc Milon It is a meticulous process, where each step is carefully considered to enhance the wine's potential. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing rigorous grape selection. After delicate destemming, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness of the aromas.
