    Owner and history

The vineyard covers 42 hectares of white grape varieties. The average age of the vines is 30 years.

    Vinification and aging

After hand-harvesting, three days of maceration punctuated by frequent settling are required. Fermentation continues in barrels in batches selected according to their vineyard plot origin. During their 10 months of aging in barrels, the white wines are stirred on the lees several times. Thanks to this traditional manual process, the fine lees are resuspended in the barrel, imparting richness and body to the wines.
