The heart of domaine bat at Clos Langres, a historic vineyard whose origins date back to the monks of Cîteaux Abbey in the 10th century.

• The Manor: A magnificent building surrounded by vineyards, which serves as the headquarters of the Ardhuy family.

• The Hinge: Its location is unique, right at the junction of the two famous "Coasts". This gives the domaine a dual culture: the structure of Nuits wines and the elegance of Beaune wines.

An Impressive Mosaic of Terroirs

Few estates in Burgundy can boast such diversity. Domaine d'Ardhuy operates approximately 38 hectares distributed across about forty different names:

• The Grands Crus: THE domaine owns plots of land in legendary climates such as the Clos of Vougeot, THE Corton-Charlemagne, THE Corton Foxes or even the Corton Le Clos of the King.

• The Premier Crus: A strong presence in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Meursault, Gevrey-Chambertin And Puligny-Montrachet.

• THE Monopole : The famous Clos Langresclassified as AOC Côte de Nuits-Villages, is the exclusive signature of domaine.

Philosophy and Viticulture

THE domaine has taken a major turn towards respect for the environment under the impetus of the family and its technical teams.

• Biodynamics: The vineyard is managed according to biodynamic principles (certified Demeter), with deep soil work and the use of natural preparations to strengthen the vine.

• Winemaking: The approach is minimally interventionist. The idea is to let the terroir express itself through the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with aging in oak barrels carefully measured so as not to mask the purity of the fruit.
